Libby graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. She has spent more than 20 years in the financial industry, primarily within the banking sector. Over the course of her career, she has held roles at three financial institutions, beginning as a teller and advancing to lender and branch manager. She is also a graduate of the Michigan Bankers Association’s Perry School of Banking. In addition to her banking experience, Libby has worked in accounts payable, payroll, and benefits management, giving her a well‑rounded background in financial operations.

Libby and her husband live in Onsted, where she is actively involved in her community. She is currently serving her second four‑year term as a trustee on the Village Council. Outside of work, Libby enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, knitting, and being with friends and family.
