Mary joined Lally Group, PC as an HR Manager in January 2022, and has 22 years working in HR for both a privately held company and most recently a publicly traded global corporation.

In 2003, she earned and has maintained her PHR Certification in HR and is a member of the National SHRM as well as Jackson’s local SCHRMA Chapter. Her experience and knowledge in Strategic Planning, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Compensation Analysis, Benefits, and Training, to name a few, will benefit Lally Group, PC as we continue to grow.

Mary has lived in Jackson her entire life and is the proud mom to her son & daughter and loves being ‘Mimi’ to her grandson. Mary loves animals and has adopted a rescue dog in 2017. She is very close to her family and loves spending time with them and her friends. She enjoys reading, attending concerts, and sporting events, taking random road trips, and traveling annually to a destination vacation with her best friend.
